Founder and CEO
Don Wenner is the President of DLP Realty. Don’s #1 focus is to continue to create and provide clients with the most innovative tools, systems, and real estate programs in the area. Not only was Don’s team at DLP Realty ranked #1 in the Lehigh Valley, but the Wall Street Journal ranked DLP Realty as the #1 team in the Tri-State area, and has closed more than 6,000 real estate transactions totaling more than $850 million. In addition, DLP Realty was recently ranked as the 9th real estate team in the nation!
Don’s DLP Realty team has been able to sell thousands of homes since the market crash. In addition, Don owns a real estate consulting company and has become a household name when it comes to training real estate professionals in getting homes sold.
Don has worked hard to cultivate strategic partnerships with the very best in the mortgage, title, insurance, and financial planning industries, making DLP Realty a true one-stop shop when it comes to outstanding real estate.
Chief Operating Officer
Jason possesses nearly 20 years of experience in asset management and general operations oversight. Most recently, he served as DLP’s first-ever Senior Vice President of Property Management, leading a period of explosive growth and expansion from a small regional footprint to a portfolio of over 5,000 units in 10 states. Jason earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a concentration in Marketing Management. He enjoys playing sports and spending time with his wife Nicole and two children, Ava and Eric.
Robert has 35 years experience in the commercial, retail and multi-family residential real estate industry as an accounting and finance professional with extensive asset management experience. Robert served for 10 years as the Vice President of Finance and Information Technologies at the Buckeye Companies, the largest full service commercial office building owner, contractor, property management, brokerage and automobile parking group of companies in Beverly Hills, California. He was the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Malibu Bay Company, the largest commercial land owner and retail developer in Malibu, where he also served as the Director of Leasing for 10 years. He has had additional experience with high-end multi-family residential properties and condominium conversion projects. Robert spent 12 years as the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Citinational-Buckeye Building Company where he planned and directed the abatement, retro-fit, reconstruction and was successful in achieving the 100% lease-up of a major 25 story high-rise office building in downtown Los Angeles. Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and was named 2017 CFO of the Year by Lehigh Valley Business.
Senior Vice President/Chief Legal Counsel
Barry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to DLP Capital Advisors. Barry received his B.A. degree in Letters, Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. Degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2001. Barry is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association. Barry has extensive experience in real estate and previously spent 8 years as in-house counsel for a very large regional real estate brokerage. His areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate, landlord representation, litigation, land acquisitions/development/zoning matters, construction and contractor matters, business formations and general business issues. Barry also serves as an expert witness on issues relating to the standard of care of real estate brokers in real estate transactions.
President of Lending
Nathan Trunfio is passionate about continuously learning and growing in his management and sales skills. This passion extends into how he leads his team, “my favorite part of the job is teaching and helping my team and peers continuously grow, improve their skill sets, push their limits on their expectations, and reach their production and professional goals; the process of coaching and mentoring my peers gives me great fulfillment and joy,” Nathan states. Nathan’s drive to continually grow and better himself and his team has helped him excel in his position.
Nathan received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Eastern University. In his free time, he enjoys being active and plays numerous sports competitively and recreationally.
President of DLP Property Management
Harlan Krichman joins DLP with extensive experience and knowledge of the Property Management industry. Previously, he has helped built a national property management company from scratch and grew from 7,000 apartments to over 22,000 apartments in just five and a half years. Harlan’s experience and passion for creating a great team and culture has helped him excel in his career. He strives to create a great experience for both his employees and his residents. Harlan enjoys creating and implementing efficiencies through technology as well as simplification of policies and procedures to make DLP employees’ jobs easier and more enjoyable which allows them to concentrate on what’s important: our clients.
Harlan graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA with a degree in Political Economics and holds numerous industry accreditations. In his free time, he enjoys having fun, exercising, reading and anything that his kids enjoy doing.
Senior VP of Construction
Larry has 40 years experience in the construction industry including new construction, developmental, commercial, and home renovations. Larry owned and operated multiple construction companies prior to joining DLP Builders, and has built over 2,000 homes ground up and completed more than $200 million in residential and commercial construction. Larry has studied business and has a Business Administration degree and also is a recipient of the Who’s Who Award for Building & Design. He is married to Jennifer and has five boys.
Senior VP Business Development
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in real estate – from construction to investing. In 2007, Kevin founded Real Property Group as a real estate investment platform. The company acquired undervalued and distressed single-family homes and small commercial properties, rehabbed the assets, and then used several different exit strategies to maximize the return on investment. Kevin is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA in Business and Finance from the University of Maine.
VP of Business Development
Brion is the Vice President of Business Development for DLP Interactive Media. He has years of experience in media planning and sales, and is impassioned to provide his clients with sound, unbiased marketing and advertising strategy. Brion leverages local and national celebrity endorsements to give clients instant credibility with their customers through Radio and TV commercials, Outdoor, Direct Mail, Digital, Mobile, and Print advertising. Brion grew up in Center Valley, and received his Bachelor’s degree from Northland International University in education. He is passionate about serving with his church community in South Side Bethlehem, playing golf whenever and wherever possible, and riding motorcycles a bit faster than he should. Brion lives in Northampton with his better half, Carrie, and their two children Reagan and Lincoln.
VP of Realty
Jonathan has been selling real estate in the Lehigh Valley for over 10 years with 500 plus home sales. Over the years, he has assisted families buy homes, sell homes, and assist investors with acquiring investment assets. He is a certified negotiation expert in the fields of residential sales, investment properties, multi family and land acquisitions. He has a unique skill set in video marketing and social media production. He is currently using his successful background to assist and recruit other top sales professionals to lead in the core mission and values DLP Realty has established. Jonathan is passionate about providing as much value as possible.
VP of Multifamily Operations
James is responsible for leading Real Estate Operations and Capital Deployment for and on behalf of clients. He has led large business unit turnarounds for two of the largest public REITS, AIMCO and Equity Residential. In his time at AIMCO he led the recruiting, startup, and successful management of the first Indianapolis Customer Service Center. He is a seasoned real estate operator, having property and/or asset-managed in fourteen different states managing numerous projects with conflicting priorities to successful conclusion. James has significant capital project management, property redevelopment, and new construction experience.
VP of Leasing, Marketing and Revenue
Amy Barricelli strives to create “raving Residents” and works hard to discover new marketing techniques and software to lease apartments and create great living spaces for her residents. Her passion for marketing and learning has helped her excel in her field as an expert in the convergence of marketing and revenue in multifamily properties. 10 years from now, Amy sees herself being a multifamily industry leader and speaking professionally while continuing to build and expand on DLP Property Management’s goals.
Amy holds a BA from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s degree from Oxford University and Villanova University. In her free time, Amy enjoys hosting her friends and family at her home, spending time with her husband and four dogs, and supporting her local animal shelters.
Matthew John is goal driven in both his professional and personal life. He finds it extremely important to not only visualize his goals but to document them as well, and with daily steps, he is able to accomplish his goals. “(I’m) always willing to out-work, and out-hustle the competition,” Matthew says. It’s no surprise that his favorite parts of his job are the daily new tasks and new issues that demand new problem-solving techniques and new ways of thinking.
Matthew attended West Chester University and was a dual major in Accounting and Finance. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four daughters and his son.
